SO DELICIOUS!!! Not gonna lie, I was a little hesitant at first, but when I walked in and saw multiple Asian families sitting and eating, I was relieved.
The duck breast is amazing- absolute must have. So juicy with crispy skin.
Kimchi fried rice comes in a LARGE cast iron pan- easily enough for 4 people. The bok choy was nice and garlicky.
i love that the bubble waffles are so easily customizable to what you like. Each bubble has a nice crunch!
Golden buns come with condensed milk sauce- definitely on the sweeter side.
Highly highly recommend, definitely get the duck breast! We will be back. 100% worth the drive from Uptown. -

We've been here a few times. The first time was great (maybe they were new then?), but since then it has steadily gone down-hill. Food is very good... However, service is slow and overpriced. There also is not much decorations on the walls to absorb the sound, so it can get really noisy here.
You will walk away full from this place, but your wallet will be empty! I kind of doubt we will be back any time soon. -

One of my friends recommended this place to me a couple of weeks ago and I finally got around to trying it out.
As the description had already described it, it is a modern twist on classic Asian inspired dishes. I got to try the Kimchi Fried Rice and the Miso Butter Ramen this time around but am very curious about the other dishes.
The Ramen: was topped with an abundant amount of average tasting fried chicken, menma (fermented bamboo), corn, two halves of a ramen egg, and a small slab of butter. In terms of ingredients, it looked like a promising bowl of ramen, however, the broth was extremely salty...so 4/5.
The Kimchi Fried Rice: was presented in a 12-inch diameter big cast-iron pan. It was a pan of relatively healthy fried rice with kimchi, carrots, peas, lima beans, bell peppers, sausage, and a thin layer of egg on the bottom. As for fried rice go, in my opinion, it's hard to mess up. Although delicious, I'd give it a 4/5.
The atmosphere/staff: The walls were plastered with different types of Asian dishes in traditional Chinese. The tables were spaced out very well. The staff was also very attentive and nice.
Overall, the food was pretty good, the staff was nice, and the atmosphere was nice. -

Ideally located in the Blakeney strip, this Asian Fusion restaurant sort of lives up to its name in that it's a very white, very open space, despite its maze-like seating arrangements.
Although the place has a sleek vibe with its clean, modern decor (mostly white, with some cool accents), it's not exactly warm and cozy. In fact, I found the seating arrangement to be very awkward in that the seatings are placed too close together, and the chair is simply not comfortable... just hard wood. Also, they can use some overhead music.
Again, the food is Asian Fusion...with a bent toward street food. I found the menu to be very enticing, featuring a dozen items that I'd love to try. Some items on the menu seem a bit too pricey, especially for such a casual restaurant. The Beef Chow Fun, for instance, was priced at $14.95 even for lunch. I may try that next time...but for my first time, I decided to go with the more reasonably priced items from the Lunch Menu, the Stir-Fry Udon with Spicy Beef, along with an appetizer of Cheesy Crab Dumplings (Rangoons)...and Thai Iced Tea. Well, happy to report that pretty much everything I ordered were thoroughly delicious!
I noticed that one of their signature items is this Bubble Waffle dessert, which sort of screams "Street Food" in its wild, messy presentation. Though tempting, decided to pass, at least for now.
In many ways, this place is a more subdued version of Hawkers Asian Street Fare restaurant. Not only quieter than Hawkers, it's also a tad more elegant...though still casual. I guess the only downside (for me!) is the lack of comfort. Although I can appreciate their clean, modern decor, I'm just not a fan of their stiff seats and the awkward sitting arrangement. Still, their food thoroughly lived up to my expectations, so I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. I, for one, will most definitely return for more! -

Great concept. I came here for dinner with my husband and some friends. The decor is very bright and fresh. Our server was friendly and attentive.
We started off with the steamed potstickers. They were cooked just right. I got the spicy beef udon noodles. The portion was a decent size. The noodles were cooked good. My only wish was that there was more beef. My husband got the char siu with a side of bok choy. He was a little annoyed because he didn't know it already came with bok choy. The char siu was very flavorful and tender.
Overall, we had a good experience. I would definitely come back.
